DESTACA.AI CODE OF CONDUCT AND ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Code aims to reflect the corporate values and basic principles that should guide the actions of destaca.ai and the people who are part of it. The Code of Ethics and Conduct of destaca.ai aims to develop professional, ethical, and socially responsible behavior models that should guide all people who make up destaca.ai in carrying out their activities.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The scope of application of this Code covers all people who are part of destaca.ai:

4. CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

5. COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

The principles contained in this Code are mandatory. The CSR manager of destaca.ai will be competent to receive information and complaints related to violations of the Code via email at gestion@skiller.es.

ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTION POLICY

OUR GOAL

destaca.ai is committed to strict compliance with anti-corruption prevention and control regulations. As a supporter of the United Nations Global Compact, destaca.ai is committed to complying with the 10 Principles, including working against corruption in all its forms.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Policy applies to destaca.ai, all its employees, managers, and members of the board of directors.

REPORTING CHANNEL

Complaints must be submitted by email to gestion@skiller.es with identification of the person reporting, detailing the circumstances and attaching evidence or indications that support it.
